Effect Description
Fires a sparkling water gun. Restores 70% Health to allies hit and removes Fire stacks. Deals 1 damage to enemies hit and stuns them for 1.5 seconds. Cooldown only decreases while in combat.
If the target is an allied summon, healing is increased by 40%.
