Effect Description
Unleashes Cold energy forward, dealing 130% Cold Damage to enemies and granting yourself and allies a Shield of 90% that lasts for 3 seconds. If an enemy is already affected by Cold, the Damage is increased by 100% and they are Rooted for 1.5 seconds.
Charges are fully replenished all at once.
