Effect Description
Each time you dismantle a Memory or Essence, your Attack Speed increases permanently by 3% , but Dream Dust gained is reduced by 35%. Attack Speed increase varies by rarity: 70%, 100%, 150%, 300%.
If Bismuth does not have multiple copies of the same Traveler Memory, the amount of Attack Speed gained is increased by 50%.
