Effect Description
Dealing Fire damage to an enemy with this Memory inflicts the Eternal Flame curse for 5 seconds. While under Eternal Flame, any damage you deal applies 1 Burn stack to the target.
All damage from this Memory is increased by 2.0% for each Burn stack on that enemy.
